Is there a minimum seat requirement?
Standard and Professional plans start at 5 seats. Elite starts at 10 seats. Enterprise pricing is fully customized to your organization's needs.
Can I migrate from another contact center platform?
Yes. We provide free migration assistance including number porting, data transfer, and agent training. Most migrations complete within 2-4 weeks.
